    Vitamin E (d-alpha tocopherol) 4.5iu, Flaxseed Oil 332mg, Borage Oil (GLA 22%) 332mg, Fish Oil 332mg.

    These oils typically provide:
    - Omega 3 Fatty Acids: Alpha Linoleic Acid (ALA) 175mg, EPA 100mg, DHA 66mg
    - Omega 6 Fatty Acids: Linoleic Acid 150mg, Gamma Linoleic Acid (GLA) 73mg
