A Challenge for Monday

Kill the word "CANT"

As you can imagine I hear this all the time, people saying "I can't" do press ups, plank or even lose weight. Well guess what, all those people now doing those things didn't know whether they could do them at some point also.

But instead of saying "I can't" they listened and took the baby steps necessary to build the physical and mental ability to overcome that obstacle.

With the right mindset, positive attitude, and a clear vision of what you want to accomplish, the only thing that is holding you back is yourself.

Can’t is a terrible word and it has to be taken out of your vocabulary. Where would we be if everyone who ever wanted to do something said "I can't"

By saying you can’t do something, you’re already doubting yourself, submitting to defeat, and you’re making that barrier around your life tighter.

So here is the challenge.Today, right now, we are going to remove this word for good.

From now on there is NOTHING we CAN'T do. Even replacing the word for "I will try" "I will give it a go" will do wonders, trust me.

Approach everything in your life with this attitude from now and see just how things change for you, fitness, weight loss, work and home life, it doesn't matter. Don't say it "can't" change because whatever it is probably can change
